Coral Gables Fraternal Order of Police Ratifies Contract

The Coral Gables Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 7 announces the results of the ratification vote for a Contract with the City of Coral Gables for the year 2008-2009. Reverend Arnold Perry chaired the committee that counted the votes with the following results:

125 ballots were cast
121 Yes votes or 96.8%
4 No votes or 3.2%

Secretary William Barrow

FOP 2008-2009 contract ballot box in police lobby

Coral Gables FOP #7 has placed a ballot box at the front desk of the police lobby for FOP members to vote their choice on the 2008-2009 contract between the city and the FOP. To vote you must locate your name on the sign in sheet, sign the sheet, and receive the ballot from the custodian. The slip of paper is your ballotand should be inserted in the ballot box.
